Overview

Customer reviews and Net Promoter Score (NPS) data in eCommerce is crucial for understanding customer sentiment, improving products and services, enhancing the customer experience, and driving business growth. AfterShip Reviews allows you to easily export your historical reviews and NPS data.

Steps to export reviews and NPS data

  1. Log in to your AfterShip Reviews admin account.

  2. Go to Reviews > All Reviews.

  3. Click Export.

  4. To export reviews on a specific product page, go to Reviews > All products > Choose a specific product > click Export.

  5. To export all historical NPS, go to Reviews > Net Promoter Score > Your NPS > click Export.

Note: You can choose the recipient email from the organization member list to receive the exported CSV file. By default, it will go to the email registered with the current logged-in account.

Once you click the Export button, it will take 1-30 minutes (depending on the data size) to export the CSV file and send the download link as an email.
