Points to consider: ****

Priority is given to 4 and 5-star reviews.
Both product images and customer feedback will be imported.
Existing reviews will stay unchanged, and duplicates will be avoided when re-importing.

Log in to your AfterShip Reviews account.
Go to Reviews and select Import reviews.
In the Import from CSV file section, select the review app from the dropdown.
Click Upload CSV to upload the exported reviews file from the review app.
Click Import file.

Once your file gets uploaded successfully. It will give you insights into the number of reviews imported

Overview

Activate the Reviews widget in AfterShip Reviews to show customer reviews on Shopify and Shopify plus product pages. To hide the product reviews and ratings, simply deactivate the widget.

Log in to your AfterShip Reviews account.

Please ensure that you're on the right plan because your emails won't be triggered if your email quota has already been exhausted. However, your saved emails will be in our system for 30 days before being removed permanently.

Go to Review request emails in the AfterShip Reviews admin
Go to Email settings and click Customize to edit your email template
Click Save and turn on the Automated review request emails toggle button

Running a Shopify store isn’t easy, because all the registered stores have more or less the same structure. Just to address this, Shopify introduced themes 2.0, for e.g. Dawn, to allow its users to perform some customization for a better appearance of their stores.

AfterShip Reviews go live automatically for Shopify themes 1.0. However, in the case of 2.0, you have to go one step further to make the review widget and star rating widget visible on your store.

Install review widgets on Shopify theme 2.0

Go to Display settings in the AfterShip Reviews admin.
Get the widgets you want on your store activated.

Go to Shopify store's theme editor and then switch from the default home page to the product page.
Navigate to the Product information > Add block > Star Rating Widget.
Go to the Add section > Review Widget.
Click on the Save button to let both widgets go live.
