Overview
Showing featured reviews is one of the most effective ways to drive faster conversions. They instil confidence in prospects and tempt them to buy from your store. AfterShip Reviews allows you to mark the most cherished customer feedback as featured reviews so that potential shoppers can learn about your brand's credibility and plus points.
Steps to mark reviews as featured ones
Go to the Reviews section in your AfterShip Reviews admin.
Click All reviews if you want to make random selection or go to All products in case you have reviews of particular products in your mind.
Click on the three vertical dots and select the Mark as featured option.
Additional actions
Bulk action: If you want to have multiple featured reviews, bulk select the reviews you want to mark as featured and then click on More actions and select Mark as featured.
Apply filters: In case you’ve marked multiple reviews as featured ones and want to check all of them at once, explore the given filters.
Go to All reviews and then click on More filters.
Select the last filter, Featured and then select Featured reviews.
Hit Done.
Customer experience
The featured reviews will always be displayed first in the reviews widget.
Amongst the featured reviews, they will be arranged chronologically in the review widget, with the most recent review appearing first.
