AfterShip Tracking is a shipment tracking software that allows merchants to track their package deliveries. By integrating AfterShip with Yotpo Loyalty & Referrals, merchants can create a seamless and personalized post-purchase experience for customers. Merchants can compensate customers for their delayed or lost packages with rewards and loyalty points to retain customer loyalty.

Your Yotpo Loyalty & Referrals integration involves multiple steps. We will walk you through each one of them below in more detail.
Create and set up a Yotpo account
Connect your online store > Install the app
Customize your Rewards Sticky Bar
Define your loyalty program
Schedule email reminders
Hit Launch program
Enable Yotpo in Shopify (the process varies based on your eCommerce platform) and launch your program again
Go to Apps in your AfterShip Tracking admin
Click View more apps, and you will be redirected to the AfterShip Tracking integration page
Find Yotpo and select it to land on the detailed integration page
Click Install app
Select the right organization (online store) if you have multiple organizations configured in AfterShip Tracking for which you are establishing this integration and click Connect
On the OAuth confirmation page, click Next and then hit Connect
On the Apps section of your AfterShip Tracking admin, click Store connections
Click Actions and select Configure from the dropdown
On the Yotpo Loyalty Reward Settings page, enable the triggers and set the trigger time as per your preference, and hit Save
Ensure the Yotpo Loyalty action name exists in your Yotpo Loyalty dashboard too.
Go to Set Up Program in the Yotpo Loyalty & Referrals admin
Select Reward program and click + Create earning rule
On the popup dialog, select Custom Action and hit Next
Custom Action detail page will open
Fill in the required information
a. Action name - It should be the same as configured in AfterShip Tracking while authenticating the connection
b. Campaign name - This name will be displayed to customers on your website
c. Description text - Add some details of the campaign if you want
d. Target audience - Define the customers to whom the campaign will be visible and not visible from the pre-defined customer groups
e. Select the type of reward you'd like to extend customers from the dropdown
f. Input the number of reward points you'd like to give
g. Edit the reward text that will be shown to the customers
Additional reward campaign settings you can do as per your gaols
To avoid rewarding the same customer twice, please set the value to 1 in the Maximum Times Completed Per User field
Your customers will be rewarded based on your campaign settings when the package status is updated to Lost or Delayed in AfterShip Tracking.
