Enable Reviews Collection on Branded Tracking Page

Shipment reviews are a great way to see what is hindering your shipping process and driving prospects away. With a branded tracking page, you can let customers share their experience for delivered shipments.

Customers can review delivered shipments. Once customers receive their order and the shipment tracking status updates to Delivered, they can leave their feedback through the AfterShip branded tracking page link. Shoppers can rate their experience on a scale of 1 to 5 and leave comments or suggestions.
You can view a detailed analysis of the shipment reviews with AfterShip's comprehensive Shipment reviews report under the Analytics tab.
Get to know your average rating, indicative of your delivery performance.
Get a percentage breakdown of star ratings.
Analyze top tags to get a contextual understanding of recurring issues and top highlights.
Reviews on delivery shipments are also reflective of the carrier performance and how they handled the delivery.
View top good reviews to learn about the factors that draw customers to your online store time and again.
Check top negative reviews to find out where improvement is needed.
Dive into detailed customer feedback and get first-hand insights into how customers perceive your brand and where there is room for improvement.

Navigate to Tracking pages in your AfterShip Tracking admin.
Click on Page variations and select a page variant for which you want to enable the review collection.
Click Actions and select Edit.
In the Sections tab, click +Add section and select Shipment review to add the review collection widget on the tracking page.
Proceed with the configuration of the Shipment reviews section.
Edit the title of the shipment review widget.
Configure the review options.
Customize text box prompt message.
Move to the Style tab to configure the look and appearance of the review section on the branded tracking page.
Under the Visibility settings, configure where do you want customers to see the shipment review section—**Desktop** and/or Mobile.
Once done, click on Preview to have a full picture of how it will look to your shoppers on the branded tracking page.
Switch between desktop and mobile tabs to see how the section will look to customers on the page.
The tracking page editor offers customers the flexibility of enabling certain sections on the overall branded tracking page and the compact tracking info section. Similarly, the Shipments review section can be enabled both on the branded tracking page's main layout or on the compact tracking info section. Now, where you wish to enable the section depends entirely on the kind of user experience you want to give to your customers.
