Add Tracking Number to Orders in Magento 1

Overview


Prerequisites


  1. Connect your Magento-1 store with AfterShip Tracking.
  2. Enable relevant carriers in your AfterShip account.
  3. Set up your Magento-1 store's import settings to enable AfterShip to automatically import new orders and their shipments.


Once the tracking information is available for your Magento-1 orders, the same will be synced to AfterShip.


Create shipments in Magento


  1. Log in to Magento > Sales > Orders.
  2. Select order or click View.
  3. Click Ship at the right-top.



  1. Click Add Tracking Number under the Shipping Information section.



  1. Select the carrier from the dropdown. Add a title and input the tracking number. Hit Submit request.
