Configure shipments import settings in AfterShip Tracking

AfterShip Tracking supports auto-import feature for all the eCommerce platforms it's integrated with. Let's take Shopify's example to understand the set up process.

Make sure you have an active AfterShip Tracking subscription and your Shopify store is integrated with it.

Go to Apps in the AfterShip Tracking admin
Select the store for which you want to configure the import automation settings and click the Store connections. All the integrated stores of that particular platform will appear.

Click Actions and select Import settings option
On the popup window, set up the following

a. Set the period within which order are fulfilled. Only orders that are fulfilled within this period will be auto-imported to AfterShip after the initial import
b. Set the order creation date range to include orders that are created within that time period

Once the date range is set, AfterShip automatically syncs shipments to your account. You can modify the set date range later on.

eCommerce platforms other than Shopify

Once the connection is established, AfterShip Tracking will start auto-importing orders based on the date range configured by you. The set date range can’t be modified anytime.
