Manage your TikTok Shop orders on AfterShip Shipping
AfterShip Shipping is TikTok Shop partnered app to help with your shipping process. Find us from your TikTok Shop merchant portal and install it easily.
TikTok Shop supports 2 different shipping types: Ship by TikTok and Ship by Seller.
Ship by TikTok: Order fulfillment is carried out by TikTok Shop.
Ship by Seller: Sellers may choose their own logistics service provider (carrier) to fulfill their orders, provided that the carrier is a TikTok Shop-approved integrated carrier. AfterShip Shipping supports below TikTok Shop-approved integrated carriers:

The order flow a little bit different in AfterShip Shipping. At the same time, please make sure to follow TikTok shipping instructions to ship your orders.
It shows the current status of shipments. An order can have one of the following statuses.
Pending payment: order is unpaid or partially paid.
Generally, you don't need to do any actions if order is Pending payment. After the order is paid, it will move to Awaiting shipment.
Awaiting shipment: order is being prepared to ship.
As TikTok handles the shipping, you only need to verify the order info and do "create label" action.
When do the "create label" action, AfterShip Shipping requests TikTok to start the handover process, it's the same as TikTok step "Order handover to platform shipping carrier".
Shipped:: after "create label" success and TikTok receives the request, orders become Shipped status in AfterShip Shipping.
You can get TikTok labels when orders become Shipped status. Depends on each end platform shipping carrier, it may cost different time to get the labels.
Please note it doesn't mean the orders have been shipped to customers. The TikTok orders still change to "Awaiting Collection" status in TikTok Shop
Others: it includes orders that have been canceled.
Only needs to do 2 actions in AfterShip Shipping for Ship by TikTok orders
"create label" for the Awaiting shipment orders.
"print label" for the Shipped orders.

Shipped: orders are fulfilled externally or moved from “label generated” status by marking them as shipped.
Others: it includes orders that have been canceled.
Packing slip is supported if you need to print it with labels.
Switch on it from Settings - Document options.
