Add Tracking Number to Orders in Ecwid

Overview


Ecwid is an easy-to-use ecommerce platform for small businesses to get started selling online. Connect your ** Ecwid store to AfterShip Tracking ** to start tracking your Ecwid orders.


  • Import orders manually, via CSV file, or set up auto-import settings to import new orders to the Shipments dashboard automatically after the initial sync
  • AfterShip Tracking automatically syncs new shipments in real-time
  • Once a package has been shipped and a tracking number is generated/added to your Ecwid order, it will be imported to the AfterShip account automatically


Add tracking number to Ecwid orders


  1. Go to My Sales > Orders in your Ecwid admin



  1. Select an order Awaiting processing or Processed. Click Update > Mark as Shipped


  • Select Shipped with tracking number (enter tracking number below) option and enter the tracking number
  • Click Mark as Shipped



or


  • Click Update > View order



  • Click Mark as Shipped, select Shipped with tracking number (enter tracking number below) option and enter the tracking number and click mark as shipped again or,
  • Under Shipping details, select Add tracking number and input the tracking number
  • Under Fulfillment status, update the status to shipped


As soon as the tracking number is added to your Ecwid order, AfterShip will auto-sync the details to the shipment dashboard for tracking updates.


  • You can also track the shipment from Ecwid admin. Just click Track package and it will take you to AfterShip Tracking's public tracking page
