Show the 'Order tracking' on the Shopify Thank you page
In order to let consumers track tracking and the protection status easily, we have provided an ‘Order tracking’ block on the order confirmation page.
If the order has bought Protection, we’ll show the protection sign, otherwise, we’ll not show the protection sign.
You can also choose to show or not show this block to consumers.
You can set up this feature in:
AfterShip Admin dashboard > Protection > Setting > Protection process
When enabling this feature,
Show a link on your thank you page so customers can track their order on your default branded tracking page, and file a claim if they buy protection.
When disabling this feature, the link will not show on your thank you page.
