How to Connect Your Postaplus-Webhook Account

Begin by registering on the Postaplus website.
Get in touch with your Account Manager to configure the tracking updates to be sent to AfterShip. This can be done at
Email our Point of Contact (POC) and ensure that you also include our integration team in the email thread. We will assist you in enabling the tracking files.
Once you've completed the above steps, log into your AfterShip Tracking account.
Go to Settings > Carriers > Add carrier > Create connection.
To set up this connection in AfterShip, please contact our support team with a valid Organization ID. We'll guide you through the process.
