How To Submit Claims To The Insurance Company Directly?
In order to improve the claim approval process efficiency of the insurance company, we would default to letting merchants review the claim info before submitting it to the insurance company so that to reduce the back-and-forth communication.
And it’s available if merchants want to submit claims directly to the insurance company. Merchants only need to set up via a simple setting.
Entrance: Protection > Setting > Claim process > Automatically submit claims.

By enabling the setting, all new claims will submit to the insurance company directly. And the setting won’t affect the submitted claims. And the initiation resolution status will become ‘to be resolved’ when you enable the feature.
If you disable the setting, all new claims will need you to review first, you could add more information for the claim and submit to the insurance company directly. The setting won’t affect the submitted claims. And the initiation resolution status will be ‘unsubmitted’ when you disable the feature.
