If you're on any paid plan, you can update your payment method at any time. Changing the payment method won't affect your existing return shipments, they'll continue to be processed as usual.
Update your payment method
In your AfterShip Returns account, go to Settings > Organization > Billing > Payment method.
Click Update payment method.
Enter your new card details and save.
The new payment method will be used starting from your next billing cycle.
View your receipt
Once a payment is processed, a receipt is automatically sent to the email address registered to your AfterShip Returns account.
You can also view all the paid and unpaid invoices under the Payment and invoices tab of Billing. Click on each entry to view the details in details or download the invoice as PDF.
To have receipts sent to additional email addresses, email us at [email protected] with the addresses you'd like to add.
