AfterShip Reviews can now be easily integrated with Slack to let you check and respond to new reviews and NPS on the go.

Steps to build a Slack connection with AfterShip Reviews

First, make sure you have a Slack workspace. In case you don’t, please follow <a href="https://slack.com/intl/en-in/help/articles/206845317-Create-a-Slack-workspace" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">this help article</a> to create one

Visit the Slack integration page <a href="https://www.aftership.com/integrations/slack/reviews" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">here</a>

Go to AfterShip Reviews admin &gt; Apps &gt; View more apps

Choose the Slack channel where you want to send new reviews and NPS notifications

Choose the Store you want to send notifications for and click Submit.

The integration is done. You can check the integration status on the <a href="https://reviews.automizely.com/apps" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Apps</a> page.
