Connecting your carrier accounts with AfterShip to let us get tracking information from the carrier. Otherwise, you will not be able to check shipment updates from your AfterShip account dashboard. Follow this help guide to connect all the carrier accounts for which you have pending trackings.

It's wise to connect your carrier accounts before you import your trackings into your AfterShip account. Simply click here to start connecting your carrier accounts.
➡️ Steps you need to follow

We notify you about carriers with which you’re not connected via in-app banner, pop-up, and email. Make sure you follow the below-given steps asap whenever you get a notification.
Go to your AfterShip’s Shipments section

Click Connect account(s) now. You will land on the Carriers settings of your AfterShip account, where you’ll come to know about the carriers you need to connect to. For example:


Click Connect and provide the requested details to establish a carrier account successfully
