Connect Magento 2 Store to AfterShip

Integrate AfterShip with Magento 2 store and track shipments seamlessly. Allow shoppers to track their orders and get notified about the delivery updates.

🔧 Create an Integration

Log in to your Magento 2 store > System > Integrations
Add new integration > Enter required details > API tab
Give permission to attributes: Sales, Catalog, Customers, Reports, and Stores
Save changes and Activate the integration

✅ Allow access to integration

Log in to your Magento 2 store > System > Integrations
Select the Integration > Approve access > Copy Access token > Done

For customers who use Magento 2.4.4 and above, please follow these steps as well:

Log in to your Magento 2 store > Stores > Configuration > Services > OAuth

Set “All OAuth Access Tokens to be used as standalone Bearer tokens“ to Yes

🔎 Locate Store ID

Log in to your Magento 2 store > Stores > All Stores
Select desired store > Copy the Store ID (from the URL)

🔗 Connect AfterShip to Magento 2

Go to Magento 2 app page > Enter required details
Connect

To connect multiple stores: create a new Integration, allow access, and specify the store ID (while connecting to AfterShip).
