Status | Description |
Pending | When category mapping is completed for a product, it is assigned a Pending status by default. The product is queued and waiting to be published to TikTok Shop. |
Reviewing | When a product is synced to TikTok Shop, it undergoes platform review. Until the review is complete, the product cannot be sold. |
Active | The product is live on TikTok Shop and available for purchase. |
Failed | The product listing has failed. This can occur in two scenarios: |
| (1) Synchronization failed due to missing or invalid required product fields, update the fields with correct values to resolve the issue; or |
| (2) TikTok Shop reviewed and rejected the product—check the reason in the TikTok Shop Seller Center dashboard, update the product details, and resubmit it for listing. |
Inactive | The product is synced to TikTok Shop but has been manually deactivated by the merchant. The listing is unpublished and cannot be purchased by buyers. |
Suspended | The product listing has been suspended by TikTok Shop. This action is initiated by TikTok, not the merchant. Contact TikTok Shop Seller Center support for assistance. |
Deleted | The product listing has been deleted. You can create a copy of the listing to restart the publishing process from the Pending status. |
