data.shipper_account.credentials is invalid, please check with the carrier to make sure the credentials are correct

What it means

The credentials of your shipper account are incorrect. As a result, you are unable to create the shipping label.

How to solve

  • You will need to confirm the correct credentials with the carrier. Reach out to your account manager for the same.

  • In case the credentials are incorrect, once you have the correct credentials, update your courier account by entering the accurate information as obtained.

  • After updating the credentials, attempt to create the shipping label again.


data.shipper_account is unavailable, there is not enough money in the account to generate the label

What it means

The error indicates that your shipper account does not have sufficient funds to generate a shipping label.

How to solve

Reach out to your account manager to verify your current account balance or add sufficient funds to your account to generate new labels.
