This developer guide shows how to access OnTrac shipping API via AfterShip Shipping. See also the list of required API credentials/keys for OnTrac integration.

Email onTrac API support <code>apisupport@ontrac.com</code> and cc <code>support+shipping@aftership.com</code> with your OnTrac account number. Tell OnTrac you need to obtain API credentials to access OnTrac API.

OnTrac will provide OnTrac credentials for both Sandbox and Production environment: <code>Account Number</code> and <code>Password</code>

1. Email onTrac API support <code>apisupport@ontrac.com</code> and cc <code>support+shipping@aftership.com</code> with your OnTrac account number. Tell OnTrac you need to obtain API credentials to access OnTrac API.
2. OnTrac will provide OnTrac credentials for both Sandbox and Production environment: <code>Account Number</code> and <code>Password</code>
