Overview

Keeping a close eye on your shipments is extremely important because you’ll end up creating an awful post-purchase experience if you fail to keep control of them. With AfterShip Tracking, you can now add tags to your shipments to classify them for better management.

Steps to use shipment tags

You can create up to 1000 shipment tags if you are on a Premium plan or higher.

  1. Go to the Shipments dashboard in the AfterShip Tracking admin.

  2. Select a shipment for which you want to add a tag(s).

  3. Scroll down to Shipment tags in the detailed shipment window on the right side.

  4. Click Add tags under the Shipment details header.

  5. In the pop-up window, enter the name of the tag and click Create. You can add up to 10 tags at once.

  6. After adding the tags, click Confirm

Please note that you can create a maximum of 10 tags at one time. All your created tags will be saved automatically for later use. Also, you can add a maximum of 50 tags for each shipment.

  • To remove a tag, just click on the shipment to see its details, find the tag, and click the cross X button.

How to add tags to multiple shipments in bulk
