Overview
With AfterShip Tracking, merchants can acquire greater control over customers' experience by customizing the shipment reviews section on the Branded Tracking Page. This will provide a more personalized and engaging tracking experience for the customers.
Configure the layout of the shipment review
Log in to the AfterShip Tracking admin dashboard
Select Tracking pages.
Choose a tracking page variation to edit.
Click {...} and select Edit.
Under the Content tab, click Shipment review.
There are three options available for customizing the shipment review: Text box and tags, Text box only, and Tags only.
Text box and tags: Under this option, the shopper can rate their experience with a star rating, write a review and select the most relevant tags from the given options. Meanwhile, you can customize the Text box prompt as per your requirements.
Text box only: Under this option, the shoppers can rate their experience with star rating, and write a review.
Tags only: Under this option, the shoppers can rate their experience with a star rating and select the most relevant tags from the given options.
