Overview
Popups have always been deemed the best way to collect website visitors’ contact information, but they cause annoyance too by appearing at the wrong time. With AfterShip Email, you can do audience targeting to ensure your popups appear at the right time. This promises a better website experience for prospects, which, in turn, leads to an enhanced customer acquisition rate.
How to do audience targeting
Log in to your AfterShip Email account > Navigate to the Popup campaigns section.
Click on the Create new form campaign button and choose the desired popup from the given categories.
Note: Upsell and Cart recovery popups don’t support audience targeting for the time being.
Under the Popup settings section, scroll down and look for the Audience targeting option.
Tap on Filter visitors > Edit filters.
Select between Match any filters and Match all filters options as per your preference.
Now, click on the Add filter option.
There are four filters available, so choose them according to your requirements.
Note: The order count filter will only work when customers log in to their account and add a product to the cart.
What would happen if I set multiple filters while doing audience targeting?
If you opt for the Match any filters option, a popup will be triggered as soon as any of the set conditions are met.
In the event of Match all filters, all conditions must be met to trigger a popup.
