Once an organization is deleted, all the data linked to it will be removed permanently. Before removing an organization, select the correct one from the drop-down list.
Prerequisites
No Active Subscriptions: Ensure that there are no active subscriptions linked to your organization. For example, if you have an active plan, you must cancel it first.
Completed Subscription Cancellation: If you have recently requested a subscription cancellation, ensure that the cancellation process is fully finalized. Pending approvals or incomplete cancellations will prevent you from deleting the organization.
Security Code Verification Limits: If you encounter account verification limits for a security code, note that these cannot be bypassed or removed by support. You will need to wait for the limits to reset before proceeding.
Delete an organization
Go to the Organization settings.
Click Delete organization.
Type “REMOVE” > Remove organization.
Ensure that all prerequisites are met before proceeding with the deletion steps to avoid any interruptions.
