If your product images or videos fail to sync to TikTok Shop due to an unsupported file format error, verify that your media meets TikTok Shop's upload requirements.

Image requirements
TikTok Shop supports the following image formats:
JPG
JPEG
PNG
Your images must also meet these requirements:

Troubleshooting tips
If you receive an unsupported file format error:
Make sure your image is in JPG, JPEG, or PNG format.
Verify that the image dimensions are within the supported range.
Ensure each image is no larger than 5 MB.
If you're uploading a product video, make sure only one video is attached and its size does not exceed 5 MB.
After updating your media files, try syncing the product again.
