TikTok Shop supports the following image formats:

  • JPEG

  • PNG

If you receive an unsupported file format error:

  • Make sure your image is in JPG, JPEG, or PNG format.

  • Verify that the image dimensions are within the supported range.

  • Ensure each image is no larger than 5 MB.

  • If you're uploading a product video, make sure only one video is attached and its size does not exceed 5 MB.

After updating your media files, try syncing the product again.
