Overview

If you sell products in multiple variants and offer multipacks, you can use AfterShip Bundles together with Consolidated Listings to create a single TikTok Shop product detail page.

With this solution, shoppers can choose options such as Color, Size, and Pack Size from one listing instead of browsing multiple separate listings.

This workflow combines two AfterShip Feed features:

  • Bundles let you create same-item multipacks and mixed-item packs from your Shopify products.

  • Consolidated listings combine those bundle products into a single TikTok Shop listing with a consistent option structure, such as Color/Size/Quantity.

When customers place an order, AfterShip Feed automatically maps the selected bundle back to the correct component products for fulfillment.

If you're new to consolidated listings, see How to Create Consolidated Listings to learn how the feature works and key concepts before following this workflow.

Prerequisites

Before creating a consolidated listing, make sure that:

  • Your Shopify products are synced to AfterShip Feed.

  • Shopify products are available for TikTok Shop.

  • Identify which products will be sold individually and which will be offered as multipacks.

  • Build Bundle products before creating the consolidated listing.

Step 1 — Create bundle products

Before creating a consolidated listing, create the bundle products that you want to include in it.

Depending on your product catalog, you can:

1.1. Create a same-item multipack

  1. Go to Products > Bundles.

  2. Click Create bundle.

  3. Add one product you want to bundle.

  4. Enter a clear and descriptive bundle title.

  5. Keep the existing product option, such as Size.

  6. Add a new option, such as Quantity, for the pack size. Configure the option as follows:

    • Option name: Quantity

    • Values: i.e., 1 pack, 3 pack

    • Component quantity: i.e., 1 for 1 pack and 3 for 3 pack

  7. Upload an image that represents the bundle.

Note: The bundle image becomes the SKU image when the product is used in a consolidated listing.

  8. Review the option preview > click Save.

  9. Repeat these steps for each product that should offer multiple pack sizes.

1.2. Create a mixed-item pack

  1. To create another bundle, go to Products > Bundles > Create bundle.

  2. Add all products that you want to include in the bundle.

  3. Drag one product card onto another and select Merge to combine them into a mixed-item bundle.

  4. Remove any SKU combinations that you do not want to sell.

  5. Keep the component quantity set to 1. The mixed-item product already represents one complete multipack.

    Example configurations and results:

    • 3-color bundle × 1 → Buyer receives 3 items ✔

    • 3-color bundle × 2 → Buyer receives 6 items ✘

  6. Upload an image that represents the bundle.

Note: This image becomes the SKU image when the bundle is added to a consolidated listing.

  7. Review the option preview.

  8. Click Save.

Step 2 — Create a consolidated listing

After creating your bundle products, create a consolidated listing to combine them into a single TikTok Shop product detail page.

2.1. Create a product group

  1. Go to Products > Consolidated listings.

  2. Click Create consolidated listing.

  3. Select ‘By product group’.

  4. In the product selection panel, click Create product group.

  5. Enter a descriptive name for the product group.

  6. Click Add products.

  7. Open the AfterShip Bundle tab.

  8. Select the bundle products you created in Step 1, including same-item multipacks and mixed-item packs.

  9. Arrange the products in the order you want them to appear on the TikTok Shop product page.

  10. Click Save.

  11. Continue creating the consolidated listing.

Best practices: Place your best-selling products or primary product variants first. You can also prioritize products with complete size availability, new arrivals, or other featured variants.

2.2. Normalize the product option structure

To create a consistent shopping experience, every product in the consolidated listing should use the same option structure. Configure as follows:

  1. Color - Represents product color

  2. Size - Represents product size

  3. Quantity - Represents the pack size, not the inventory quantity.

For each product in the group:

  • Map each product to the correct option values.

  • Ensure you complete all required option fields.

  • Verify that no duplicate option combinations exist.

If your product data is already consistent, you can use Set auto-fill rules to populate option values automatically.

After applying auto-fill rules, always review the option matrix to confirm that every product is mapped correctly.

2.3. Configure listing content

Next, select the consolidated listing content rules:

Field

Available options

Title

Use the product group title or another merchant-approved optimized title.

Description

Use the first product's description or another approved source.

Images

Use the first product's images or all relevant primary product images.

Product order

Arrange products in the preferred display order, like put best sellers, complete-size products, new arrivals, or hero products first

Once you've reviewed the listing content and product options, complete the remaining listing configuration and save the consolidated listing.

Step 3 – Publish or Migrate

After creating the consolidated listing, you can either:

Note: TikTok Shop product history remains associated with each product ID (PID). Linking an SPU allows you to preserve the history of one selected product only.

FAQs

1. Why should I create bundle products before creating a consolidated listing?

A consolidated listing uses bundle products as its source products. Creating the bundles first ensures that product quantities, components, variants, and images are finalized before they're combined into a single listing.

2. Should a mixed-item bundle have a Quantity option?

A mixed-item bundle already represents a complete multipack. You should add a Quantity option only if you sell multiple quantities of the same mixed-item pack and have confirmed that the fulfillment mapping is correct.

3. Which products should appear first in the consolidated listing?

Arrange products based on your merchandising strategy. For example, you can place best-selling products, products with complete size availability, new arrivals, hero products, or hero colors at the beginning of the listing.

4. Can I merge the history of all existing TikTok Shop products?

No. TikTok Shop maintains product history separately for each product ID (PID). When migrating a consolidated listing, you can preserve the history of only one selected product by linking its SPU.
