AfterShip Feed allows you the option to either showcase your {ecommerce_platform}’s order ID or show the TikTok Shop original order ID on the {ecommerce_platform}, rather than the {ecommerce_platform} order ID with prefix and suffix custimization capability when syncing orders to the {ecommerce_platform}.

Go to ** <a href="https://feed.automizely.com/settings/order-sync" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Channel settings</a> ** &gt; Order sync in your AfterShip Feed settings.

Scroll down to Order display rules &gt; Order number format section.

3. Select the option you want

a. Use default format: If this option is selected, AfterShip Feed will display the original(default) {ecommerce_platform}’s order ID when orders are synced from TikTok Shop to the {ecommerce_platform} while displaying the original TikTok Shop order ID under the Notes section.

Shopify order name format: #1001, #1002, etc. Magento order ID format: #000000001, #000000002, etc.

b. Use TikTok Shop order ID: If this option is selected, AfterShip Feed will display the TikTok Shop order ID when syncing orders from TikTok Shop to the {ecommerce_platform}.

You also have the option to customize the prefix and suffix of the TikTok Shop order ID.
