Squarespace is a website builder solution. Add branded returns page to your store and delight customers with a smooth-sailing returns experience. AfterShip Returns is a self-service returns portal that enables customers to place requests themselves without contacting the customer service.
Link returns page to the main navigation
Go to Squarespace > Websites > Select a site to edit settings > Pages > Main navigation > Select the “+” icon > Link
Enter a title for the page (e.g. Returns) > Copy and paste the Returns page URL > Save
Add returns page to the footer
Go to Squarespace > Websites > Select a site to edit settings > Edit > Footer block
Enter page title under the text block (e.g. Returns) > Copy and paste the Returns page URL > Apply > Done
