If you are receiving an error message related to VESYL's billing, the article provides the troubleshooting tips to help you resolve the issue.

User is only allowed to be charged manually

What does it mean

The error indicates that the customer has not enabled auto-billing in the VESYL portal. Therefore, VESYL can only process charges manually.

How to solve

  1. Log in to your VESYL account and access the Billing settings.

  2. Under Balances and Payment Methods, click ** + Add funds** to add funds to your VESYL account manually, or you can also enable Auto recharge option in VESYL for future preference. This will allow automatic billing and prevent similar issues going forward.
