Overview

AfterShip Tracking enables you to track the performance of the notification flows in a few simple steps.

How to track the performance of the Notifications Flows

  1. Click Notifications > Flows

  2. Select a flow for which you want to track the performance

  3. Click Edit.

  4. Once done, click Show Analytics on the top right corner of the dashboard

  • You can set the date range in order to view the performance over a specific time period by clicking on the date column.

  • You can also check the precise and in-depth details by clicking on any of the metrics. The available analytics are as follows:

For email sending action:

  • Sent: It refers to the total number of emails sent within a specific time range.

  • Open rate: It refers to the average open rate for an email within a specific time range.

  • Click rate: It refers to the average click rate for an email within a specific time range.

For SMS sending action:

  • Sent: It refers to the total number of SMS sent within a specific time range.

  • Click rate: It refers to the average click rate for this SMS within a specific time range.

  • Delivered: It refers to the total number of SMS delivered within a specific time range.

Please note that while making changes to a flow, new data will be added to existing values instead of overwriting them. Therefore, if you want to compare data from before and after changes, you need to create a new flow.
