If the Delete Account button is grayed out in AfterShip, it is typically due to one of the following reasons:
You are still associated with an organization: To delete your account, you must first ensure that you are no longer a member or owner of any organization. If you are the owner of an organization, you need to delete the organization before proceeding with account deletion.
There are active subscriptions or trials linked to your organization: Active plans, including trials, must be canceled before you can delete the organization or your account.Additionally, trial cancellations may require approval from the billing team, which could delay the process.
There are apps installed on your organization: You must uninstall and delete all the installed on your organization that sync data to and from AfterShip.
4. Outstanding or Failed Payments: Any unpaid or failed payments on your account will block deletion. You must either settle the balance or void the payment for the billing cycle.

Open the Security section.
Scroll to the bottom and select Delete Account to permanently delete your user account.
Troubleshooting Common Scenarios
Before subscribing to a Plan or Trial: - If your account has never been on an active plan or trial, the Delete Account option may not be available. Once you subscribe to a plan or trial and then cancel it, the deletion options will become visible.
Active subscriptions: - If the Delete Account button is grayed out due to active subscriptions, cancel all active plans first. Then, delete the organization and proceed to remove your account.
Part of an organization: - If you are part of an organization, follow the steps outlined above to delete or leave the organization before attempting to delete your account.- Outstanding or Failed Payments: If there are unpaid or failed payments, those must be settled or voided before deletion can proceed.
Trial Cancellations: Trial cancellations may require additional time for approval by the billing team, and support cannot provide an immediate ETA for this process.
By following these steps, you can resolve the issue and successfully delete your AfterShip account.
