Connect AfterShip with your Shopify store to enhance the post-purchase experience of shoppers. It supports over 900 carriers to eliminate the need of using multiple apps to track the progress of shipments. You can link AfterShip with your Shopify store in two ways:

1️⃣ Connect directly from your Shopify Store

Go to your Shopify Store’s ‘Apps’ section and click on ‘Customize your store’


Search for AfterShip Order Tracking & SMS after landing on the Shopify app store page and then click ‘Add app’ button

The permission request page will appear, where you’ll see the ‘Install app’ option. Click on it to connect AfterShip with your Shopify store

2️⃣ Connect from your AfterShip account

Go to your AfterShip account's ‘Apps’ section and click View more apps

Look for Shopify and then click on it


Click Install app button to get redirected to your Shopify admin, where you need to click 'Add app'

On the permission request page, click ‘Install app’ to complete the installation process

Once done, verify that the connection has been established successfully by simply going to your Shopify Store’s ‘Apps’ section or AfterShip account's 'Apps' section (click Store connections to check the status)
👀 Is there anything else I need to do after connecting my Shopify store with AfterShip?

Yes! Please go to your AfterShip account's ‘Apps’ section > Click Store connections > Click Actions and take care of 3 settings: 'Courier mapping,' 'Import settings,' and 'Tracking page settings'.


Courier mapping:

Mapping Shopify couriers with AfterShip ones is imperative to import shipments flawlessly.

In case any Shopify courier belongs to the 'Others' category or no mapping is found, AfterShip will auto-detect the carrier to make the import successful. So, make sure that you've added all your preferred couriers in the 'Active' list. Click here to modify your couriers settings.


Import settings:

Define the date range here carefully, as that's the key to import your Shopify orders aptly. Choose the order fulfillment time and order creation time from the given options.


Tracking page settings:

In case you have created multiple tracking pages with AfterShip, choose the one that you want to connect with your store.
