Analyze shipping performance with detailed analytics across 1100+ couriers worldwide for improved delivery rate and customer experience.

Connect Ecwid through AfterShip Tracking admin

  1. Go to Apps in the AfterShip Tracking admin.

  2. Click View more apps, and you will be redirected to the AfterShip Tracking integration page.

  3. Find Ecwid and select it to land on the detailed integration page.

  4. Click Install app.

  5. Select the right organization (online store) if you have multiple organizations configured in AfterShip Tracking for which you are establishing this integration, and click Connect.

  6. On the OAuth confirmation page, click Install app.

  7. Read through the details of what all Ecwid data AfterShip can access and click Accept.

You can find the connection in the Apps section of your AfterShip Tracking Admin.

  1. Go to Apps in your Ecwid admin.

  2. Enter AfterShip Tracking in the search bar.

  3. AfterShip Tracking app installation page will open.

  4. Install the app.

Complete store connection actions

Once your Ecwid store is connected to AfterShip Tracking, there are two actions that we recommend setting up.

  • Go to your Apps section > Click Store connections > Actions.

You will see three settings on the dropdown, out of which you need to take care of the following two:

  1. Courier mapping

  2. Auto-import settings
