Connect Omnisend With AfterShip Tracking

Omnisend is an email & SMS marketing platform with a suite of features made specifically to help ecommerce stores grow their online businesses faster.
AfterShip is a shipment tracking platform for eCommerce businesses to improve the post-purchase customer experience. Omnisend's integration with AfterShip Tracking consolidates all email & SMS communications into one centralized portal. Brands can create and send unified tracking notifications to customers as soon as the tracking status for orders get updated on AfterShip Tracking based on 6 key triggers ensuring engagement, consistency, and efficiency.
Log in to your Omnisend account and connect your eCommerce store (Shopify) to Omnisend
Go to Apps in AfterShip Tracking admin
Click View more apps, and you will be redirected to the AfterShip Tracking integration page.
Find Omnisend and select it to land on the detailed integration page
Click Install app
Select the right organization (online store) if you have multiple organizations configured in AfterShip Tracking for which you are establishing this integration and click Connect
On the OAuth confirmation page, click Install app
You will be redirected to your Omnisend account. From the profile settings, go to Apps > Shipping and Logistics > AfterShip > Get this app > Connect now
Copy the webhook URL
Go to AfterShip Tracking settings > Webhooks
Click Add Webhook URL
Paste the webhook URL and click Save
Select checkbox All status updates so that any updated would be triggered and send to Omnisend
Go back to the step 8, where you left the Omnisend page and select the checkbox I have completed all the steps and click Save and you are done.
Once you enable AfterShip app, the following custom events will be created in your Omnisend account. You may find these events in your Omnisend account settings by navigating to Profile menu > Store Settings > Apps > Custom events.

Delivery events sent to Omnisend
Once you enable AfterShip app, the following custom events will be created in your Omnisend account. You may find these events in your Omnisend account settings by navigating to Profile menu > Store Settings > Apps > Custom events.
