Overview
Connect Loox with AfterShip Tracking and send a review request to shoppers to gain their feedback on shipment delivery. Improve customer retention by offering discounts for submitting reviews with product images.

Connect AfterShip Tracking to Loox
Log in to your Loox account, and if you don't have a Loox account, create one.
Go to Apps in the AfterShip Tracking admin.
Click View more apps, and you will be redirected to the AfterShip Tracking integration page.
Find Loox and select it to land on the detailed integration page.
Click Install app.
Select the right organization (online store) if you have multiple organizations configured in AfterShip Tracking for which you are establishing this integration, and click Connect.
On the OAuth confirmation page, click Install app.
You will be directed to the Loox's app detail page on the Shopify app store. Click Install.
Give Loox access to your store's data and hit Install again. Choose an active plan to uitilize Loox's premium services.
Once the connection is active, go to your Loox admin, move to the Integrations tab, and copy your AfterShip Tracking webhook link from the AfterShip Tracking section.
Go to AfterShip Tracking admin, click Notifications > Webhooks > Add webhook URL.
Enable the Delivered status.
In your Loox admin, verify your integration using the Verify button.
Schedule emails by selecting Delivery under the Email timing in the Settings tab > Review request email.
