Overview
You can refund the AfterShip Protection product before the order is fulfilled to void the coverage and avoid premium charges. Once the order is marked as fulfilled or partially fulfilled, the protection can no longer be refunded, and the premium will be charged.
AfterShip Protection does not directly process refunds or store credits. Refunds or store credits, once processed, cannot be reversed or canceled by AfterShip. Any changes must be handled directly by the merchant through their store.

How to refund

Go to the specific order in your eCommerce admin.

Claim Settlements
AfterShip Protection facilitates the claim approval process and provides settlement amounts to merchants. Merchants are then responsible for refunding customers using these funds.
