Overview
AfterShip now supports the Product Documents feature, allowing users to display files or videos linked to the products that customers will receive in their email notifications.
How to manage product documents
Log in to your AfterShip account.
Go to Settings > Email and SMS > Product documents.
Choose the store for which you want to manage the product documents in case you have multiple stores.
Click the Link product documents.
Select a product 6. Add the URL of the file or video to link to the product
Note: You have the option to attach various files or videos for different product variants within the same product listing.
How to add product documents to email notifications
Go to Notifications > Flows
Choose the event for which you want to customize the email template > Click Edit.
Click the email template in the flow to edit the content.
From the Content tab, add the Product documents block.
Text: Edit the Title and Description as you like
Document type: Choose the type of document you want to display in the notification (If you want to display both files and videos, add two Product documents blocks respectively)
Button: Edit the Text of the Button
Once you’re done, click the Save button to save the latest version of your email template.
Remember to save the flow as well
