Go to the ‘Notifications’ section of your AfterShip account > You will land on the ‘Email & SMS’ page
Click on the ‘Settings’ > Click on the ‘Edit’ option given for the ‘Date & time’ section

Select the desired format and tick the checkboxes given for timestamps as per your business requirement

Hit the ‘Save’ button to finish the process
