Given the fact that Facebook and Twitter have the largest user base as compared to other platforms, AfterShip Reviews let Shopify merchants share customer reviews on these social media sites for strengthened brand credibility and easier customer acquisition.
Steps to share customer reviews on social media
Scenario 1: Sharing reviews randomly
Go to the Reviews section of your AfterShip Reviews account
Click All reviews and select the review you want to share
Tap on the menu and select Share review
Choose the social media platform, Facebook or Twitter
Enter your login credentials and then add all the required information like description, hashtags, etc. for sharing reviews aptly
Bulk sharing is not supported yet.
Scenario 2: Sharing reviews of particular products
Navigate to the Reviews section of your AfterShip Reviews account.
Click All products.
Select the product for which you want to share reviews. All the reviews for that product will be listed there.
Select the review you want to share for that product.
Click on the menu, select Share review and choose the social media platform, Facebook or Twitter.
Enter your login credentials and then add all the required information like description, hashtags, etc. for sharing reviews aptly
Scenario 3: Sharing directly from received email notifications
Besides importing reviews from AliExpress and CSV files, AfterShip Reviews also lets you collect customer feedback directly from your Shopify store by adding a Write a review button.
For every newly submitted feedback, you will receive an email notification
You can share the review on social media directly from the email notification by clicking on the social media icons
Can shoppers share their reviews on social media as well?
Yes, our review request emails give buyers a chance to share their shopping experience on Facebook and Twitter. Of course, they will have to give their feedback first to access the sharing options.
