  • Approximate location

Where offers appear

AfterShip Monetize supports the following placements:

  • Branded Tracking Page: Added below the shipment card by default. You can move or remove the offer block.

  • Tracking update emails: Displayed near the bottom of your shipment notification emails.

  • Shopify Thank You page: Available for Shopify stores after adding the offers block in the Shopify Checkout Editor.

  • Shopify Order Status Page: Available for Shopify stores after adding the offers block to the Order Status page.

If you haven't created a Branded Tracking Page or Tracking Email Template yet, AfterShip provides guidance and prompts you to complete the setup.

Manage your offer placements

After activation, the offers block is automatically added to your existing Branded Tracking Pages and tracking email templates.

You can:

  • Move the Monetize block

  • Remove the Monetize block from specific templates

  • Manage each template individually

Note:

  • Only one Monetize block can be added to each tracking page and email template.

  • For Shopify placements, you can add multiple Monetize blocks because these placements are controlled through Shopify. However, we recommend adding only one Monetize block to each Shopify page.

  • If you remove a Monetize block, AfterShip notifies you so you can add it back if needed.

Manage brand safety settings

You can update your blocked offer categories at any time from Manage offers.

Blocking categories helps prevent offers from appearing for products or industries you don't want associated with your brand.

Manage data-sharing preferences

You can change your data-sharing preferences whenever needed from Manage offers.

Your selected preferences affect how offers are personalized for shoppers and may also influence your estimated revenue.

Earn revenue with AfterShip Monetize

Before activating AfterShip Monetize, you'll see an estimated revenue based on:

  • Your annual order volume

  • Your selected data-sharing preferences

The estimate helps you understand your potential earnings before enabling offers.

Request a payout

AfterShip automatically processes your earnings as a monthly payout when your available balance reaches USD 100 or more.

Keep the following in mind:

  • Your balance must be at least USD 100 to qualify for a payout.

  • The first payout can take up to 60 days.

  • After the first payout, eligible payouts are processed monthly.

  • A payout may be delayed if there is a delay from our upstream payment partner.

  • You will receive an email notification when your payout has been completed.

Key takeaways

  • AfterShip Monetize is a separate program from the offers shown on AfterShip's public tracking pages. Merchants must opt in to AfterShip Monetize to display offers on their own tracking pages, shipment emails, and Shopify Thank You pages and become eligible to earn revenue.

  • You can complete the setup and configure your offer placements before your publisher profile is approved. Offers will start appearing only after the approval process is complete, which can take up to one business day.

  • On the Branded Tracking Page, offers are displayed only after shoppers enter a valid tracking number. This allows AfterShip to personalize offers using the available shipment information.

  • During the onboarding process, AfterShip asks you to choose the Branded Tracking Pages and Tracking Email Templates where you want to display offers. Select the tracking pages and email templates you want to use for offers. The offers block will be added only to the pages and templates you select. You can reposition or remove it for individual templates at any time.
